We take great care of the sustainability and traceability of our ingredients. Specific information about the produce, origin and allergens of our ingredients can be found from the product folder at our restaurant.

RESPONSIBILITY OF THE STAFF

We believe that by offering steady employment for our staff we can also offer a better service experience for our customers. This is why we don’t use any rented labour.

ELECTRICITY

Our electricity comes locally from Tampereen sähkölaitos and a part of our electricity is produced with rented solar panels located in the Taraste Aurinkopuisto (A388-399). We try to maintain our electricity waste with constant digital monitoring and modern and efficient equipment.
